Ulrich came through in a clutch. Visiting table rock fishing all week from out of state when our Mercury had problems on the water. Within a few hours they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Very knowledgeable, helpful and fast service.

Such excellent customer service was granted my mother that she made a point to return to Ulrich when I was searching to make a minor parts purchase during our annual visit to Table Rock. During this second visit, I was able to acquire the desired items, but more noteworthy was the graciousness we received, as though we had been lifelong customers. We will be now!

I was ready to load up my boat last month to head back to Illinois when i discovered one of the bunks on the trailer had rotted and broken completely away from the fittings. They had both bunks and the carpeting replaced by noon the next day PLUS a fender issue was fixed too. They did a quality job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Very professionally run. I need a little assistance on buying a part got a little education along the way about install. They were very generous with their knowledge and very professional.

I drove 4 hours with my family to Table Rock Lake to put my new boat on the water for the first time, and to break in my new mercury 250 proxs motor. We went out on the water to have a fun family day, AND then we noticed the brand new engine was leaking gas! I called Kelly at Ulrich and told him the situation, and how we drove hours to the lake. Even though Ulrich was weeks out, he told me bring it by, and they would squeeze us in to take a look, all so that I did not have to drive 7 hours back to my dealer. The best part was that he had a tech look at it, and it was a bad o-ring from the manufacturer! Ulrich had it fixed that same day. I since have put about 15 hours on the engine and it is running perfectly. Ulrich- we couldn't thank you more for your kindness willingness to help. You guys are a great company and have a wonderful team. And a special thanks to Kelly for his kindness. Great service and top notch mechanics. If it's an outboard motor they can fix it. They fixed my 1976 Mercury that other marine dealers couldn't even come close to fixing. I highly recommend them for all your boating needs.

Ive been using Ulrich Marine ever since we came to Table Rock 12 or 15 years ago. When it came time to re-power my boat Kelly and his team worked tirelessly over every detail and made sure it was right even though it took multiple trips to the water.

This year leading into the Fourth of July holiday I didnt really have any major problems but I reached out thinking maybe we can set something up for late July knowing how busy they would be.

Kelly himself reached out to me when they had a gap and I was able to get it to the storage unit the night before so they could fit it in the shop.

In less than one day I had every single item taken care of and put it back in their storage and I was able to upgrade my storage unit to accommodate extra watercraft as well. This place is truly the one stop shop for boat care and storage!

I called Ulrich Marine at 10am on a Friday after finding out I needed a prop seal kit installed on my 80's vintage 115hp Johnson outboard. My son was going to be fishing in his first bass tournament on Sunday and I really needed to get my rig back on the water. After determining that they had the necessary parts for a 40 year old motor and they had an opening in the schedule, Mike had me bring it in. After initial inspection, we realized a bent prop shaft was the likely culprit for the failed seals. Guess what? Ulrich had the correct prop shaft in stock! They were able to repair my lower unit by 5pm on a Friday and test ran it around 5:15. Mike and the Mechanics went above and beyond to get me back on the water determined my son would make it to his first tournament. Because of Ulrich Marine, we made it to our tournament on Sunday!
